Our practice is uniquely suited to meet our clients’ physical and emotional needs. Using years of experience with Massage Therapies, fitness, Yoga, Mind-Body Medicine and nutrition, plus holistic health coaching – we support, educate and monitor our clients to a greater place in health.
Sessions are individualized and relationship-focused. We often work in conjunction with your wellness care providers – physicians, physical therapists, acupuncturists and psychotherapists, or can refer you to a trusted practitioner to complement the work we do.
The goal is to decrease, and then eliminate, pain and stress. We believe that a relaxed body and mind is the key to enhanced well-being through an integrative approach – addressing injuries, food sensitivities, and stress-related conditions.
